Radar: Future Shorts

Have a night on the shorts, at Kazimier next week, and reaffirm your belief that good things come in small packages...

From the creators of Secret Cinema, a global touring pop-up short films festival? We’ll have a bit of that. Even if the title is longer than some of the films. The best local and international succinct celluloid expressions are on display at the Kazimier (that’s still open, last time we looked) thanks to this event presented by A Small Cinema. Of course, if the film’s crap, the beauty is, by the time you’ve refreshed your pint, there’ll be another on the way. You won’t have to sit through Thatcher’s second and third terms before you get to the happy ending in The Iron Lady.

Hooray.

We’re looking forward to catching David O’Reilly’s The External World, recent winner of the Best Animation gong in Finland’s cool and cocky media capital, Tampere.
