Rumjig: Oceans

This is how we roll on a blustery February afternoon. A nice bit of dubby goodness. We're good to you.

Resistance is futile. Give us a languid slice of jazzy, dubby reggae on a blustery February afternoon and we’ll roll over like the young disciples we are. Rumjig, regulars at the subterranean soulpit of Django’s Riff (the last Friday of every month: that is, this week).

“This band’s soul intention is to uplift and ignite peoples lust for life,” they say on their Facebook page.

Jules, Ed, Ben and Bud - you’ve just made our Wednesday a tiny bit marvellous. Go check them out this friday - live they’re just the tonic we need to see us through til spring. Nu-Jazz doesn’t have to be taxing.
