Jethro Fox free single launch at the Kazimier Garden

Jethro Fox celebrates new release 'Blinding Light' by bringing his Beach Boys-y lushness to the Kazimier Garden for a bit of a party...

We’ve covered him a few times before, and it’s been nice to see Jethro Fox gradually take his considered baroque pop into the world: all the best music blogs and radio stations are fans of his (there’s a good chance you’ve heard him on BBC 6Music), and he just keeps on popping out consistently ace tunes.

The latest of which, ‘Blinding Light’, swoons and swirls like the Beach Boys if they spent their time gazing out onto the murky Mersey instead of Big Sur. Out on limited 7″, Jethro takes to the stage at the excellent Kazimier Garden (now one of our favourite little spaces in the city) for a free launch party next week. He’ll be playing a set, as will Spring King and James Canty. A pretty ace soundtrack for an end-of-summer knees up…

Jethro Fox + Spring King, James Canty
