There’s nothing especially controversial about the freshly launched (at MIPIM this morning) first look at phase one of Liverpool Waters. The office blocks, towers and water’s edge residential certainly aren’t going to frighten the horses.
Peel has submitted a planning application for an eight-story office building at Princes Dock, to be named William Jessop House, and it’s announced that it’ll be working with Moda Living on a new residential tower, alongside.
Plans for the 40-storey, 325-apartment tower were originally announced in December 2014. If planning consent is granted, building work will begin on site next year with completion expected the year after.
There are plans afoot for further developments, including a new 150-bedroom hotel, 40 residential apartments, and a mixed-use leisure-retail development in Princes Dock.
