When SevenStreets went for our daily run through the green fields of the Leisure Peninsula this morning, we could feel the warmth of the sun on our rosy red cheeks, and the finches were trilling a bucolic soundtrack. Spring, we thought, is definitely in the air. Made us feel good.

Talking of stuff that makes us feel good…the Feelgood Fair is almost upon us. Taking place in the Adelphi’s recently spruced-up banqueting suite, the fair brings together a community of over 100 creatives in the health, well-being, alternative and beauty fields. And, after the winter we’ve all struggled through, we’re gonna need all the help we can get if we’re to be bikini ready by Palm Sunday.

What’s that you say? Real beauty is more than skin deep? Yeah, we know. That’s why, after a vigorous micro-dermabrasion and lymphatic drainage we always set to work on a holistic MOT, taking in Yoga, Reiki and Reflexology en route to a total spring clean of mind, body and soul.
