Review

Second venture for the people who brought you ‘The Munro’, the James Munro claims to be styled on an NYC speak-easy joint. We can’t see it ourselves. Still, the food is competent enough - and, should you get here early, is decently priced too. Salt marsh lamb, fresh fish and succulent steaks are the crowd pleasers here. Nice, buzzy atmosphere, and there’s no rush to leave once you’ve scooped up the last of your dessert.
