Review

Wonderfully atmospheric Victorian boozer, with central bar, etched glass, snugs, dark wood and more single malts than is (sadly) humanly possible to sample. One of the city’s landmark pubs, and as alive as ever. Stop the world awhile, and hunker down in the Lion - take a good book, if you can’t persuade anyone else.
