Review

Isle of Mann brewery O’Kells presides over these two smashing city centre boozers facing each other from either side of a flagged courtyard (one of the city’s most popular beer ‘gardens’ on warm summer nights) rough-hewn tables, mis-matched chairs, great ales, convivial chatter and no airs and graces. And a decent ploughman’s platter to boot.
