Great for brunch, or a sundowner (and, yes, you can watch the sunset from its dockside patio), Blue is an Albert Dock institution which still draws the crowds. Good range of premium beers, and chart/dance tunes played to a friendly crowd. Upstairs, there’s a balcony which doubles as a grill restaurant. Gets busy at weekends. Hollyoaks spotting potential quite high.
