While many might be content paying six quid for a soggy bap of pulled pork at some of the north west’s generally disappointing paid-entry food fests, the Cultural Food Feast is showing everyone that simple, gorgeous food just doesn’t have to have a big price tag on it. Or any price tag, for that matter.
As part of the excellent Black History Month, the culinary feast pitches up at the Palm House on Saturday for a celebration of Merseyside’s diversity, culture, history - oh, and totally delicious grub from across the globe. Be inspired, or your money back.
There’s a big selection of stuff on offer to try out, and amongst all the eating there’ll be performances (including SevenStreets’ favourite soul boy Esco Williams), stalls, stuff for kids, and more. A weekend highlight.
