Drive in Movies

Stuck for something to do this evening? Pay a visit to your local car park - it's where all the stars hang out...

Are we the last ones to know about this? DVDs by NCP? (Actually, it’s Neptune who operate the car park, but it doesn’t sound as good). We doubt LOVEFiLM are having too many sleepless (in Seattle) nights but, maybe, just maybe if your envelope didn’t arrive in the post, and you were desperate for a film for the evening (£2) it could fill a gap in the market. We doubt they’re big on mid-period Woody Allen, but, to be fair, minute-for-minute, it’s cheaper to rent a film than it is to park your car in the car park. And even Where The Wild Things Are has got to be better than staring at a rectangular strip of asphalt. Hasn’t it? Oh, ok then…
