Win a meal and Brazilian cooking masterclass with Viva Brazil

Have you read our article on alternative Mother’s Day gifts? What’s that? You read it, but you still haven’t got anything sorted out? For shame. Well, we’re about to give you a second bite of the cherry - a cooking masterclass and meal for you and your Mama at Viva Brazil.

We enjoyed Viva Brazil‘s different dining experience - the waiters (passadors) bring meat to your table or you select what you want from a varied salad bar with traditional sidde dishes - and its 15-strong range of delicious barbecued meats.

So much so that we overindulged, gorged ourselves, and couldn’t walk for three days. That’s an exaggeration, but not by much.

Anyway, after we were found rooting through the bins outside the restaurant recently, Viva Brazil took pity on us and offered to help us help you in treating your dear old Mum. The prize is as follows: a traditional Brazilian cooking masterclass followed by a a complimentary lunch and bottle of wine at the restaurant.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply tell us what form of offal we enjoyed so much on our trip to Viva Brazil (hit up the Viva Brazil review link above for a tip).

Was it:

Chicken hearts in oregano;
Chicken feet in star anise;
Chilled monkey brains?

Email [email protected] with your answer, with ‘Viva Brazil’ as the subject. Multiple entries will be skewered. Prize can be taken at any time over next six months, but must be booked.
