Dave Evans has sent over some images of Biebermania hitting Liverpool, resulting in Bieberphiles laying siege to the Hard Days Night Hotel like zombies from Dawn of the Dead (funny, that).

No doubt the temptation to draw some comparisons to Beatlemania has been irresistible to journos everywhere, but we couldn’t be so crass. Though we would like to hear Bieber claim to be ‘bigger than Lennon’.
