Radar: Discoteca Poca

Time for a Garden Festival preview that doesn't involve Monty Don and a herbacious border. The always dependable Discoteca Poca heads to town this weekend...

If you’re currently looking out of the window, chances are it’s raining and grey. And that pedicure we rushed out to get (neon orange – bang on trend) has been covered up by 100 denier tights and boots. Not ideal.

So until we stop spending money on expensive beauty treatments for long enough to save up for the airfare for this July’s Garden Festival in Croatia, we’re going to check out the more affordable preview that’s happening this Friday which sees revered French spinner Dyed Soundorom headline Discoteca Poca in the intimate setting of The Hold.

Along with resident DJs Mr Paul and Jimmy Allen, you can experience a sneak peak of the musical talents booked for The Garden Festival at the very budget friendly price of a tenner. We can’t promise the weather but you’re in a basement anyway so it doesn’t really matter. We can promise boss tunes though, what more do you need for a Friday night?
