Radar: Enclosure Exhibition

What happens when a bunch of artists, buskers and musicians turn up in the same warehouse? Yeah, apart from that, we mean...

This looks great. Our favourite buskers, Bolshy, are joined by artists, DJs, films and live projections. A right old mash up, you could say. But with a bit of a theme to tie it all together - all taking place in Waxxx’s new Greenland Street space. Yeah, it really is all happening down Baltic way, it seems.

Exhibition: Enclosure

Participating Artists: Robert Dutton/ Eliza-lee Farrington/ Syd Farrington/ Toni-Marie Harrison/ Gemma Hulme/ Joseph Hulme/ Fi Jennings/ Tiarnan Loughran/ Liam Peacock/ Laura Roberts/ Theo Vass

“Enclosure is a two-day exhibition that explores the creative motives of a large group of diverse artists exhibiting in the same environment,” says organiser, Eliza-lee Farrington, currently in her third year studying fine art at Liverpool John Moores. The event follows on from Disclosure, an earlier exhibition also curated by Eliza-lee which explored similar themes of communication and containment within new spaces - bravely staged in the basement of her house last year. She’s probably still haggling over the insurance claim.
