Clove Hitch Art Fair

What would we do without our tireless creative community? Introducing another excellent alternative to the 3 for 2s this Christmas...

It says something about the health of a city’s creative scene when it’s in danger of having as many art and craft fairs as Tesco Metros.

So we’re happy to let you know of the latest: at the city’s newest drinking and dining venue of note, the Clove Hitch (it’s where the old El Macho used to be, god rest its Chimichangas).

This Sunday, then, it’s the official start of the Christmas fairs season - with local jewellery, artwork, prints, cards, and textiles for sale, and, also on show, the lovely people who made them (probably not for sale. Although some might have their price)

Hope Street just got even more enticing. The organisers hope to make this a regular event. But, of course, that’s up to you…

— Antony and Cleopatra is a fascinating, if flawed, production that has some of the best heavyweight thesping you're likely to see in Liverpool for some time.
