GIT Award 2013 shortlist: vote for your favourite

The nominee selection for this year's award have been announced. Here's your chance to have a say...

This year’s GIT Awards shortlist has been announced, celebrating the best of Merseyside music from the past 12 months.

Wave Machines (pictured), Clinic, Dan Croll, Stealing Sheep, By The Sea and more all feature in the list, compiled by a number of specially appointed judges across the city. The full list runs as follows:

The award ceremony itself is held at Leaf next month, where the acts will be performing and the winner crowned. This year though you - yes, you - can be a judge, as there’s also a separate public vote, where you can have your say on who you think should win. The public vote winner will also be revealed on the night. Have your say below:
